Need someone to help me identify if my gf is cheating me

I am in a long distance relationship for 4 years and now my gf acts weird and avoids me saying she needs to study. But I have an intuition she is looking onto someone from her gym and both of them now removed me from their accounts. I need to check her and the gym guy insta account if something is running between them.
Also if there is any way to track her location without accessing her mobile,please let me know.
I am financially and mentally broke, whenever I ask her she says me to trust her but doesn’t accept my insta request.
I feel hopeless now and I need someone genuine to help me.
I don’t have so much money but if someone really wishes to help a fellow BRO here, please help me.
