Hey everyone
Does anyone know the best way to edit .IST files? Or does anyone know how to turn .ct files into working .IST? I am having a hard time gwtting my dumps to cash out. I am able to usually see balances, I can even transfer money from account to account, but when I go to withdraw, 99% of the time the atm spits the card out and prints a reciept. the codes i get on the receipts vary. does anyone know what im doing wrong? I have had some really high balance dumps, but I keep burning them. I have a chase dump right now with $108,000 on it, I can verify by calling chase automated line and entering in the card # and pin. I really could use a win right now. If anyone can help me put, I would be sure to make it worth their while.
